2023 March Kickoff Meeting

 

Please join us on March 21st for the 2023 Kickoff Meeting and light snacks at Paradise Pines. During this meeting we will be going over winter developments and plans for the year. Come out early for cocktail hour if you are able.

Club Ride April 15, 2023

 

Each month, weather permitting, the club will organize a ride to some of our business sponsors. The ride will leave at approximately 9:00 a.m. from a location between Osseo and Fairchild. We will work to determine the details soon and update this information when we can.

 

April 2023 Meeting

 

Our annual election meeting will be held on April 18 at 7:00 p.m., at the Community Center, located 13706 7th St, Osseo, Wisconsin.

 

The April meeting will include elections for President, secretary and two board members.

May 2023 Meeting

 

The May meeting will be held on May 16 at 7:00 p.m.  We will discuss the year’s events, including Kid’s Day, Raffle Run information, Club Rides, and our participation at Lake Martha Days.  The location is TBD as we hope to continue to pay patronage to our business sponsors during the meetings.  

 

Club Ride May 20, 2023

 

Each month, weather permitting, the club will organize a ride to some of our business sponsors. The ride will leave at approximately 9:00 a.m. from a location between Osseo and Fairchild. We will work to determine the details soon and update this information when we can.

 

2023 Lake Martha Days (June 16-June 18)

 

Each Year we typically volunteer Saturday from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. at the Beverage Tent downtown. We will have to wait this year to confirm the time slot but please let Brad know if you would be interested in volunteering.

 

Each year we participate in the parade on Sunday. EVERYONE is welcome to join us. You can ride your machine or walk with us and hand out candy. The parade happens rain or shine. More details will emerge as the event gets closer.

 

June 2023 Meeting

 

The June meeting will be held on June 20 at 7:00 p.m. We will discuss the Raffle Run, July’s Club Ride, Weekend Away and other items. The location is TBD as we hope to continue to pay patronage to our business sponsors during the meetings.  

 

July 15, 2023 Club Ride

July 2023 Meeting

 

The July meeting will be held on July 18 at 7:00 p.m. We will discuss the Raffle Run, August’s Club Ride, Weekend Away and other items. The location is TBD as we hope to continue to pay patronage to our local businesses during several meetings.  

 

The success of the Raffle Run is dependent on all of our members. This is our largest fund-raising event! Please volunteer to help. If you are unable to make the meeting, please contact Brad to sign up for a business to contact.

 

Club Weekend Away

 

The club weekend away is for anyone who is interested and has a CURRENT membership. We will be going to the somewhere from August 3 through August 6. Our accommodations are to be determined, as we decide where to go and work with businesses in the area.  

 

August 2023 Meeting

 

The August meeting will be held on August 15 at 7:00 p.m. We will discuss the Raffle Run. The location is TBD as we hope to continue to pay patronage to our business sponsors during the meetings.  

 

2023 Raffle Run - Aug 18 - 19

 

We made the decision to change our traditional "Poker Run" to a Raffle Run. This change was made for several reasons but mostly to ensure the fairness of the raffle and make sure there are no misread cards.

 

Much like the Poker Run, the Raffle Run will be the third weekend of August. Raffle Run sheets will be posted on the afternoon of August 18 and you may begin to collect stamps. You can pick up run sheets from participating businesses or print them off at home.  Raffle Run sheets will cost $10 and there will be approximately 14 stops all within the Osseo/Fairchild area.

 

Sheets will be ONLY be collected at Trails End Bar, Grill & Campground on Saturday, August 20 from 3 to 5:30 pm. The line WILL close at 5:30 p.m. and no further sheets will be collected from anyone who was not in line by 5:30 p.m. Shortly after everyone in line, has their tickets, we will draw the winners. The Raffle run will pay back 75% of entry fees and you MUST BE PRESENT to win.

 

We encourage you to support the businesses by purchasing a candy bar, soda or anything of your choice when you receive your stamp.

 

Throughout the day we will be selling tickets for our table raffle, and running 50/50s at Trails End. On Saturday, August 20 , starting at 6 p.m. we will draw for our table and presale raffle tickets. Table raffle tickets are only available for purchase on August 19 and you must be present to win.

This year our presale tickets will be for ALL CASH PRIZES.

 

We will post the stops before a few weeks before the event so you know what time they are opening, so you can plan your route early! There is NO planned club ride or route to complete the stops. If you are from out of the area - send us an email and we can help you plan the best route.

 

September 16, 2023 Club Ride

September 2022 Meeting

 

The September meeting will be held on September 19 at 7:00 p.m.  We will go discuss our yearly donations, the Raffle Run and other items. The location is TBD as we hope to continue to pay patronage to our business sponsors during the meetings.  

 

October 2023 Meeting

 

The October meeting will be held on October 17 at 7:00 p.m. This will be our final meeting of the year. We will reflect on 2023 and make a new plan for 2024.  The location is TBD as we hope to continue to pay patronage to our business sponsors during the meetings.
